Yes, we are happy to send your lab a single invoice. Please let us know that you are registering as part of a group when asked in the form and provide your group name and administrator's e-mail address.

Yes, the trainee rate is $75.00.

No, this meeting will not have a poster session.

We are not accepting speaker applications. You can see the complete list of speakers on our website.

Yes, if you would like to participate in the meeting virtually, select the virtual attendance option when filling out the registration form. You will receive unique webinar access credentials ahead of the meeting. Please note, the virtual meeting will take place in real time and the meeting will not be recorded.

The meeting will be held at the Rockefeller University in New York, NY.

In addition to access to all 3 days of presentations, coffee will be provided during all sessions, lunch will be provided on Friday, and breakfast will be provided on Friday and Saturday.

There will be a cocktail reception Thursday evening and a dinner reception Friday evening. Both events are excellent opportunities to meet the meeting speakers and network with colleagues. Please note, these events are an additional charge.
